Booking & Payment Terms
To make securing your boutique stay in Kigali as seamless as possible, we operate on a secure deposit system:

At Checkout: You will only be charged a 20% non-refundable deposit today to instantly lock in your dates.

On Arrival: The remaining 80% balance is paid directly to your host upon check-in. Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money/MoMo, Cash, or Direct Bank Transfer).
Cancellation Policy
Strictly Non-Refundable: Because your deposit instantly blocks the host's calendar across all booking platforms, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If your plans change, you can reschedule your stay for any available dates within the next 6 months at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 14 days prior to your original check-in date.
In the event of a cancellation, credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
